An understanding of Employment Law and Industrial Relations practices is an invaluable tool for Human Resource Managers, Executives, Officers & Line Leaders.

Hence, this is a comprehensive program developed by IR Law Sdn Bhd with a systematic hands-on approach in order to ensure that the participants are fully competent in handling the entire disciplinary process, from identifying the category of misconduct, investigation process, counseling to rehabilitate the employee; to issuance of warning letters and taking minor disciplinary action; and further to drafting the charge sheet and conducting the Domestic Inquiry; and then to the final stage of deciding on the appropriate major disciplinary action.

In this program, we will also provide participants with the knowledge to deal with poor performers at work, covering the legal aspects, the action plan to be taken as well as addressing difficult cases concerning probationers and for those in senior management category.
